In the event inclement weather results in the cancellation of this Scholarship Golf Classic’s outdoor activities, Foster Kidd Foundation will make every reasonable effort to host all other
scheduled activities as planned. Registration / Sponsorship fees paid to Foster Kidd Foundation, for cancelled outdoor activities will be retained by Foster Kidd Foundation as your
charitable donation. Proceeds from these fees will be disbursed and allocated as disclosed herewith. No refunds of donations due to events cancelled by inclement weather will be provided.
